As an Inside Sales Employee, you will be a key player in new sales, retention, cross & upselling. You are part of one of the Inside sales teams (Team Large Accounts). You will support the sales executive in managing sales opportunities successfully. As Tendering sales, you are in charge of the offers related to public tenders.You are involved in several kind of customer service tasks:- Lead management- Proactive prospection based on predefined target lists and sales scripts from Public Tender Market- Sales quotation & proposals- Manage sales quotation from A to Z- Support Sales executive in proposal & quotation work:- Support in set up of quotes and proposal documents- Provide support and expertise in private & public tenders- Provide support in price indexation & contract renewal- Sales Tender: Spot new tenders on platforms - Lead & Support to process public tenders (eg Go/NoGo, methodology, ESPD, …) and upload on e-procurement platform - Upload on time & correctly approved tenders on the required platform. Proactively highlight potential new/upcoming tenderleads.- Internal interactions sales + tender sales- Interact with Sales Executives, Customer Care teams, operation, Finance, Operations, IT, Comex, Legal,….- Act as SPOC for commercial deals, autonomously or in support of sales executive- External interactions- Act as commercial contact for both prospects and Vinçotte customers, autonomously or in support of sales executive
