We’re looking for a Talent Development Lead who will shape the future of learning, development, and internal mobility at Decospan.
Design and implement a company-wide Learning & Development roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.
Facilitate engaging training sessions, especially in leadership and people development.
Drive our annual Talent Review and Succession Planning processes, turning insights into tangible growth actions.
Solid experience in Talent Development and Learning & Development.
Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
