Mission Overview
Our consultancy mission takes place at a client site where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.
Responsibilities
Understand, translate, and communicate business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with stakeholders to set up and optimize business solutions.
Demonstrate a strong grasp of business strategy, operational processes, and technology to develop effective solutions.
Participate in the development and maintenance of end‑to‑end solutions in the Invest domain, focusing on digitization and regulatory compliance.
Be part of the Squad Transactional, connecting customer transactions through brokers to exchange and settlement platforms.
Play a crucial role in realizing new initiatives and solutions, collaborating with (Cluster) Product Owners, Initiative Owners, Process Experts, Operational Experts, Product Owners/Specialists, and IT Architects.
Estimate the potential value of initiatives, collect and understand stakeholder needs, and document requirements.
Support the (Cluster) Product Owner in defining requirements and prioritizing customer and user needs.
Study and estimate value potential, design and deliver solutions, realize value, manage stakeholders, and define acceptance criteria.
Participate in Quarterly Agile Planning (QAP) and review meetings, support backlog clarification and refinement, and ensure scope adherence during development.
Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience with business analysis techniques and methods (Customer Journey, Process Design, Root Cause Analysis).
Good expertise in MS Office.
Good understanding of IT and testing.
Experience with requirements management and prioritization techniques (MoSCoW).
Good understanding of workflow processes.
Knowledge of invest transactional flows.
Adaptability to deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
Analytical ability to synthesize complex problems into concrete proposals or actions.
Client‑focused mindset, able to collaborate and share knowledge to drive business outcomes.
Result‑oriented, able to prioritize needs and make informed decisions.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to share expertise.
Team player, striving for continuous improvement.
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Language requirements: Native Dutch, good French, fluent English.
Telework: 50% on site, 50% homeworking.
