Currently we are looking for an IFS Finance Business Analyst Finance in Lummen (Belgium):
In this position, you will play a key role in enabling the business to implement and maintain cost-efficient technology solutions that streamline and enhance financial processes. You will design and document finance-related business processes within IFS, translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, and ensure the quality and effectiveness of delivered IT solutions.
Additionally, you will provide day-to-day support, helping the business community make the most of these systems and ensuring they drive real value across the organization.
Work closely with business teams across all departments to gather and understand business requirements.
Lead design sessions to prototype innovative solutions that improve financial business processes, operations and information flows.
Coordinate with development teams to configure or build financial business applications.
Develop and maintain test scenarios and validate that IT solutions meet business needs.
Create user manuals and training materials and provide training to staff on both processes and tools.
Define functional and non-functional requirements in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
Master or Bachelor Degree in IT;
Knowledgeable in finance business processes;
Experience with financial applications is a must, preferable in an international environment;
Experience with IFS financial module;
Excellent written and communication skills in Dutch and English.
