Assistant Store Manager M/F - Knokke - Fixed term contract (CDD - Full Season - 7 months)

We are currently seeking an outstanding Assistant Store Manager to join our store in Knokke from end of March 2026.
The Assistant Store Manager helps the Store Manager with daily operational tasks. He/she is responsible for achieving sales targets and exemplifies excellent customer service.
Additionally, the Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in maintaining the store's visual merchandising (VM) standards and creating a memorable experience for customers to drive the store's revenue.
Main areas of responsibility
* Support sales and VM
* Team support and development (training, coaching, etc.)
* Back office tasks (reporting, planning, sales culture, stock management, inventory, loss prevention, etc.)

Profile required
* Profound experience in a similar leadership role
* Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail
* Passion for the brand and Fashion retail industry
* Strong communication skills – the ability to interact positively with the team and clients in store
* Fluent in English and French or Dutch (as spoken in Flanders) is a plus.
