The Role
We are looking for an IT Manager to lead our technology strategy, infrastructure and security. This is not a purely operational role, it is a strategic leadership position with ownership over:
* IT architecture.
* Cybersecurity & compliance.
* Core business systems (CRM, LMS, ERP).
* International IT deployment (Saudi).
You will play a key role in building the technological backbone of a fast-growing international education company.

What you will do
* Strategy & Leadership. Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with business objectives. Act as key advisor to the COO and leadership team. Establish governance, standards and best practices.
* Infrastructure & Architecture. Own the multi-cloud strategy (AWS, Azure, GCP). Ensure scalability, availability and cost efficiency. Lead infrastructure evolution and integrations.
* Cybersecurity & Compliance. Define and implement security frameworks and controls. Ensure compliance with GDPR, LOPDGDD and internal processes. Lead audits, risk assessments and incident response.
* Systems & Business Platforms. Oversee CRM, LMS, ERP and integrations. Drive automation and process efficiency. Ensure data integrity and reporting capabilities.
* Team & Vendor Management. Lead and develop the IT team (systems + development). Manage vendors, contracts and technology partners. Build a high-performance, scalable IT function.
* International (Saudi). Define architecture and standards for the Saudi operation. Coordinate shared services model with Spain. Support deployment and scaling of the international platform.
What we are looking for
* Education. Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.
* Experience. 5+ years in IT infrastructure / operations. 2+ years in leadership roles. Experience managing complex IT ecosystems (cloud + systems + security).
* Technical background. Strong expertise in cloud (AWS preferred). Solid networking and cybersecurity knowledge. Experience with integrations, APIs and automation.
* Leadership & mindset. Strategic thinker with strong execution capability. Comfortable working with C-level stakeholders. Business-oriented (understands ROI, cost, scalability). Hands-on when needed, but able to delegate effectively.
* Languages. Spanish & English C1 (mandatory).
