Financial Governance and Strategy
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our IT&D Financial Management strategy, enabling effective decision making within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with IT&D Leadership to align IT&D Transformation Strategy and translate into business case
* Enable and update the IT&D financial governance to facilitate effective decision making within the organisation
* Lead and manage the design and execution of Pan-E IT&D Financial processes
* Implement and/or improve IT&D BMO processes including financial aspects
* Support IT&D leadership through the Strategic Portfolio Management process to facilitate (cross-)team(s) coordination and prioritization
* Own & Manage Financial Represent IT&D partners for our financial processes
* Support IT&D partners for IT&D BMO financial processes (our's/Affiliates/Headquarters)
* Support collaboration with all Business units to achieve strategic profit management (actuals) and set targets (plan)
* Enable the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) framework to drive value-based decision making based on financial transparency
About You
* You hold a Master Business Management, Business Engineering, Polytech or similar
* You have Professional Experience in Financial Management/ Budget Planning processes (Automotive industry, IT controlling and External Financial audit are a +)
* You are curious mind dotted of an analytical mindset and you use it to understand a broad range of organisational challenges
* You adhere our values & principles
* You are eager to learn (or improve your skills) to communicate and influence mid & senior level management and key stakeholders
* You are at ease with MS Office or commit to quickly learn (MS Excel & Powerpoint)
* You are fluent in English, any other European language is an added value
