A fast-growing player in Belgium, the company specializes in software development through project sourcing, consulting, managed services, for clients across Belgium.
Along with an experienced recruiter, you will be in charge of finding the best talents to ensure a high level quality of service to your clients.
This job is based in Vilvoorde.
Junior/Medior Recruiter – The Job:
Your responsibilities will include:
* Search for candidates through job boards, social media, databases
* Build a consistent and updated talent pool of qualified candidate
* Proactively engage with passive candidates (candidate outreach)
* Handle the resume screening, the interview process from the initial contact to the job offer
* Work along with Business Managers to ensure accurate candidate matching
* Create content to boost the company’s online presence, manage campaigns and employer branding
Junior/Medior Recruiter – About You:
* You have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
* You have at least 2 years of experience as an agency or as an in-house recruiter
* You are fluent in Dutch and you have a conversational level in both English and French
* Prior experience in the IT industry and with social media are appreciated but not a must
