About the role:
At Forvis Mazars, we are growing — and so is our IT landscape. We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who thrives on turning complexity into clarity and making things actually happen.
This is a role where your impact will be visible: you will drive real outcomes, lead meaningful initiatives, and be at the heart of our digital evolution. You combine strategic insight with a strong hands-on mindset, and you take ownership in execution while remaining closely involved in the operational reality.
Your home office wille be in Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent, Louvain-la-Neuve or Tournai. Flexibility to go to all is required.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead IT projects: Own delivery from start to finish, with a focus on tangible outcomes
* Align stakeholders: Bridge the group, external partners, and the internal IT team
* Stay hands-on: Actively contribute to implementations — this is not a purely coordinating role
* Steer the IT team: Support and coordinate a small, skilled team of IT professionals
Who are you?
* Around 8–10 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
* Solid, hands-on knowledge of Azure — you know how to apply it pragmatically, not just talk about it
* Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset — you bring structure without losing sight of the operational reality
* Natural connector: comfortable working with international group stakeholders, external vendors, and internal teams
* Fluent in English and Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus
* You take ownership. You follow through. You deliver.
What do we offer?
* A dynamic work environment where you really can make a difference
* Exposure to an international network and collaboration with Group IT
* The opportunity to shape the future of IT in a growing organization
* A flexible work model with mobility across Belgian offices
* A full salary package with benefits like a company car, daily & monthly allowances, hospitalization & group insurance, etc.
