Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a Master in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy or any other scientific relevant discipline in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.
Language requirement: You are fluent in English. French is a plus.
Other requirements: Multi-tasking, organized, good communication and autonomous. Good skills in Microsoft Office application use.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Duration: Minimum 4 months.
Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.
Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do?
1. Support job description review process in compliance with new reference global SOP.
2. Support distribution risk assessment process : digitalization, projects and routine execution in collaboration with Vaccines Distribution Planning
3. Support operational SOP review within our distribution center and distribution planning team
4. Support KPI definition and calculation
5. Support in training process improvement : job code assessment and eventual implementation
6. Support GVSC inspection readiness in regards to GxP, Trade, EHS and Security regulations.
7. Overall support compliance team in multiple tasks/projects
