Manager – IT Operations & Service Delivery

A fast-moving company in the financial services space is on the lookout for an IT Operations & Service Delivery Manager to lead and refine how technology services are delivered across the organisation. You’ll act as the key link between IT operations, business users, and external providers, making sure that systems stay reliable, secure, and well-supported.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Take charge of day-to-day IT service operations, making sure incidents are resolved quickly and recurring issues are addressed properly.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure that systems run smoothly and align with business expectations.
* Own the incident, change, and risk management processes, keeping the right people informed and the documentation clear.
* Track performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and KRIs, and regularly review how things can be improved.
* Lead a small IT team, creating a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
* Work closely with business users to understand their needs, spot inefficiencies, and drive service enhancements.
* Oversee IT budgets and vendor relationships, keeping an eye on cost efficiency and contract performance.
* Ensure that all IT services remain compliant with security standards and industry regulations.
What They’re Looking For
* Strong communication skills in Dutch and/or French, and solid English for internal collaboration.
* Prior experience in IT service management, ideally in a regulated or complex environment.
* Good knowledge of ITIL principles (certifications welcome).
* Experience working with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform.
* Comfortable working across IT infrastructure, cloud tools (O365), and business apps.
* Capable of working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
* Someone who enjoys both operational delivery and team leadership.
