Your responsibilities: As a substitute Internal Transport Team Leader, you will be the Team Leader's right-hand person. In addition to your daily operational tasks, you will take over his responsibilities when he is absent. Your daily tasks will consist of safely and efficiently moving materials within the warehouse or production environment using a side loader. When the team leader is absent, you will be responsible for: • Coordinating the side loader team to ensure smooth and efficient operations • Monitoring and distributing tasks according to priorities • Maintaining regular communication with internal departments to ensure that internal transport runs as smoothly as possible Your profile: Experience with a side loader is an advantage. You have strong communication skills and know how to motivate a team. You feel at home in a dynamic environment and enjoy taking on responsibility. You work independently, take initiative and actively contribute ideas to improve processes and daily operations. You have a basic knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Outlook, etc.) and are quick to learn new web tools or software. You are willing to work in a fixed two-shift system (early/late) and are flexible when necessary. You are fluent in Dutch.
