PpWe are looking for a bSales Marketing Director /b to lead and drive commercial performance across the bBenelux region /b, with exposure to broader international markets. /p pThis role combines strategic ownership with hands‑on execution. You will be responsible for shaping growth, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and building high‑performing teams. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 pYou define and execute the commercial strategy across the Benelux: /p ul liDevelop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive sustainable growth /li liLead forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes /li liEnsure strong alignment between sales execution and brand strategy /li liOptimize processes, performance tracking, and team effectiveness /li /ul h3Team leadership /h3 pYou lead and develop teams: /p ul liDrive performance, structure, and accountability within sales and marketing teams /li liCoach and mentor key team members, building future leadership capability /li liEnsure consistent execution of commercial initiatives across the region /li /ul h3Strategic partnership /h3 pYou act as a strategic partner: /p ul liWork closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders /li liAlign Benelux priorities with broader international business objectives /li liContribute to long‑term strategic planning and market positioning /li /ul h3Analytical approach /h3 pYou bring a strong analytical and market‑driven approach: /p ul liMonitor market dynamics, competition, and customer behavior across Benelux /li liTranslate insights into actionable strategies /li liIdentify growth opportunities and address commercial bottlenecks /li /ul h3Cross‑functional collaboration /h3 pYou collaborate across the organization: /p ul liPartner with marketing, medical, HR, and finance /li liSupport hiring, training, and capability building of commercial teams /li liEnsure alignment across all commercial activities and initiatives /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul li7–10 years of experience in sales and marketing within healthcare / medtech / life sciences /li liStrong knowledge of the bBenelux healthcare landscape /b /li liExperience within wound care / skin care is a strong plus /li liKnowledge of market access and regulatory environments is an advantage /li liProven track record in building and leading high‑performing teams /li liStrong strategic thinking combined with operational execution /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li liFluent in English and Dutch and/or French /li /ul h3What defines you /h3 ul liStrategic, structured, and data‑driven /li liStrong leadership with the ability to influence and align teams /li liEntrepreneurial mindset with high ownership /li liCurious and continuously learning /li liCollaborative and cross‑functional /li liResilient, with a clear focus on results /li /ul h3Why this role /h3 pYou will play a key role in shaping commercial growth across the bBenelux region /b within a dynamic, international environment.
