* Manage capital and technical improvement projects from concept to commissioning (budget, specifications, tender follow-up, execution).
* Lead high-priority investments such as equipment upgrades, utilities, packaging lines and furnaces.
* Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
* Analyze and optimize production processes (smelting and milling), addressing incidents impacting quality, productivity or EHS.
* Coordinate closely with Production, Maintenance, EHS, Quality and external contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Engineer in Electro-Mechanics or Chemistry with 7-10 years of relevant industrial experience.
* Proven track record in managing capital projects (equipment installation, upgrades, utilities).
* Strong understanding of industrial processes, safety standards and regulatory compliance.
* Experience with project management tools (planning, budgeting, risk management).
* Hands-on, analytical and autonomous profile with strong collaboration and communication skills.
