You will lead high-impact IT programs with significant technical and organisational complexity. The role sits at the heart of large-scale ERP and SAP-centric initiatives, involving multiple departments, external partners, and critical application landscapes.
You combine strong delivery ownership with strategic governance, ensuring complex programs move forward in a controlled, transparent, and business-aligned way.
What You'll Do
Lead complex IT programs and projects from strategic scoping through execution and delivery.
Define roadmaps, priorities, and dependencies aligned with business objectives.
Set up and manage project governance, including steering committees and executive reporting.
Coordinate transversal initiatives across departments, vendors, and system landscapes.
Oversee technical aspects of projects, including architectures, integrations, data flows, and SAP constraints.
Build, manage, and optimise multi-project budgets, ensuring cost control and transparency.
Manage multidisciplinary teams: internal IT teams, business stakeholders, external partners, and SAP integrators.
Proactively manage risks, quality, and delivery issues, making informed trade-offs where needed.
Drive change management: adoption strategy, communication, training, and transition to run.
Coordinate RFI / RFP activities when required.
Maintain project and application documentation in line with PMLC / SDLC methodologies.
What are we looking for?
You have 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, delivering complex enterprise projects.
You have led at least one full end-to-end ERP or SAP implementation, such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, HR, FI/FICA, MM, WM, EW or equivalent HRIS, Finance, or Logistics platforms
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or Management.
You have strong experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including external partners and system integrators.
You are experienced in project governance, steering committees, dependency management, and executive reporting.
You have proven experience in project budgeting, including estimates, monitoring, and optimisation.
You have a solid track record in risk management and quality assurance across the full project lifecycle.
You demonstrate a strong understanding of technical IT environments (architecture, integrations, middleware, cloud, security).
You hold a recognized project management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent).
You are fluent in French OR Dutch, with at least a passive understanding of the other national language.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience participating in or leading RFI / RFP processes.
Knowledge of ITIL principles.
Experience in the Belgian energy sector or Belgian public sector.
