As part of its operations, a technology company is looking for an IT Support Technician – Level 2 to provide on-site IT support in both office and industrial environments.
Your responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, both on-site and remotely
2. Assist, train, and advise end users
3. Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and industrial equipment
4. Manage user access through Active Directory
5. Support the management of local network infrastructure (VLANs, switches, cabling)
6. Document procedures and track interventions using an ITSM tool
7. Collaborate with IT teams and operational stakeholders
8. Contribute to technical projects, including the deployment of new machines or industrial systems
Profile
A company is seeking an IT Support Technician – Level 2 to provide high-quality support in a dynamic and technically demanding environment.
Key Technical Skills
9. Degree in IT or equivalent experience
10. Experience in technical support or infrastructure
11. Fluent in Dutch (mandatory); French is a plus
12. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory
13. Hardware maintenance and workstation deployment
14. Basic networking (VLANs, switches, cabling)
15. Familiar with Linux and scripting (PowerShell/Bash)
16. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ITSM tools
17. Understanding of IT security and ITIL best practices
