Site Supervisor Piping
The Role of a Site Supervisor Piping is multifaceted, involving site management and leadership responsibilities. This critical role oversees the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to customer requirements.
This position involves leading and coordinating teams, which can range from 5 to 20 employees, depending on the project's scope and complexity. The successful candidate must be able to effectively communicate with team members, manage workflow, and ensure smooth project execution.
The Site Supervisor Piping reports directly to the Project Manager and is responsible for reviewing work instructions, evaluating assembly work during site visits, identifying solutions to technical problems within predetermined parameters, determining resources, and briefing teams on work schedules.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining site order, cleanliness, and safety. This includes inspecting the site, preparing reports as needed, and implementing corrective actions to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Bachelor's degree in electromechanics or an equivalent field.
* At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in piping and mechanical construction.
* Excellent knowledge of piping and mechanical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
* Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and projects.
* Effective communication and customer orientation, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
* Will to travel to sites throughout Belgium, with flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
