Acting as a trusted partner across functions, you will enable informed decision-making, simplify processes, and embed a strong risk and compliance culture throughout the organization.
You will own and facilitate the end-to-end Risk Management Cycle, ensuring risks are proactively managed, consolidated, and escalated to the appropriate governance levels. Who you will work with:
You will work closely with the Global Supply Chain risk community, Quality, Regulatory, Excellence, and Patient Supply teams. You are going to collaborate with senior stakeholders, process owners, and cross‑functional partners worldwide. Together, you will strengthen governance frameworks, share regulatory intelligence, and ensure supply chain ownership in enterprise-wide initiatives.
What you will do:
1. You will own and govern the Global Supply Chain risk portfolio end to end, ensuring alignment with Patient Supply risk management frameworks.
2. You will lead the Global Supply Chain risk community, onboarding, coaching, and strengthening risk management capabilities across stakeholders.
3. You will coordinate and facilitate the full risk management cycle, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and escalation.
4. You will consolidate key risks and ensure effective response strategies and mitigation plans are implemented and tracked.
5. You will monitor compliance KPIs (deviations, CAPAs, training, documentation) and drive continuous improvement to ensure audit readiness.
6. You will coordinate audits and inspections, and support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of audit outcomes.
7. You will lead or contribute to Quality Management Reviews, consolidating observations and ensuring effective CAPA management.
8. You will oversee Supply Chain documentation practices, including SOPs and Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP standards.
9. You will act as liaison for Regulatory Intelligence activities, ensuring insights are assessed, translated into actions, and embedded into Supply Chain processes.
10. You will represent Global Supply Chain in governance forums, regulatory networks, and cross-functional compliance initiatives.
11. You will support process owners in strengthening documentation, training, and compliance practices across the organization.
12. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes, strengthen governance, and enhance compliance awareness across Global Supply Chain.

16. Strong understanding of GxP processes including deviations, CAPA, change control, and audit management.
17. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without authority.
18. Experience driving change, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement in complex environments.
19. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complexity into actionable insights.
20. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
21. Strong planning and prioritization capabilities with a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.
22. Fluency in English and French, with confidence in multicultural environments.
