Department description and responsibilities

We provide and manage on a global scale a variety of IT services covering all IT layers: from network, server & cloud

infrastructure, end user devices & Service Desk to best-in-class applications and data & digital solutions.

Project description

You will join the Jump program, which transitions the company decentralized SAP ECC systems to a centralized S4HANA environment. As part of the Quality domain, you will support the migration and harmonization of quality management processes across multiple business units and manufacturing sites. You will collaborate with other SAP domains to ensure end-to-end process coverage and alignment.

Primary tasks and responsibilities

Support the SAP QM implementation within the Jump program

Ensure integration of Quality processes with other SAP domains (e.g., EWM, MM, SD, CO)

Execute migration activities using tools such as LSMW and S4 Cockpits

Analyze and optimize quality inspection, defect handling, and audit processes

Align with other QM team members and cross-functional stakeholders

Document SAP QM configurations and technical specifications

Conduct system testing and validation

Work within custom-built and template-based SAP environments

Support change requests and tickets when project workload allows

Provide guidance and coaching to junior consultants if applicable

Profile requirements

Technical profile requirements

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP QM projects

Proven experience with end-to-end SAP QM implementations and integration with other domains

Experience with migration tools (LSMW, S4 Cockpits)

Debugging skills are preferred

Familiarity with custom-built and template-based SAP environments

Non-technical profile requirements:

Strong communication and alignment skills across domains and teams

Positive attitude and resilience under pressure

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Capable of clearly explaining viewpoints while remaining open to compromise

Experience in international and multicultural environments

Able to work independently, escalate when needed, and take ownership of deliverables

Methodology/certification requirements:

Minimum bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field

SAP certification is an advantage

Experience is more important than certification

Language proficiencies

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

French: must-have for Quality role

Dutch: preferred for local Hoboken site

Very international working environment
