WHY WE'RE HIRING
We have a operational manager running daily logistics. We have a strong founding team that is now divided over the different pillars of the company. We have growing demand and a momentum-rich market.
But we lack a high-level, hands-on operator who can:
* Build the Vitology operating system
* Dramatically improve commercial performance
* Train our current team to become world class
* Support and coach partners
* Ensure operational consistency across borders
* Prepare the entire company for scalable expansion
This is NOT \"taking over operations.\" This is
building the system once

Once that foundation is built, your second mission begins:
Scale Vitology into a franchise and shop-in-shop ecosystem — nationally and internationally.
So this is a multi-phase role.
THE ROLE (PHASE 1): SET THE SYSTEM
You will enter Vitology to:
* Audit everything
* Fix what needs fixing
* Build procedures & SOPs
* Define sales rituals
* Install lead → conversion → retention flows
* Set targets and dashboards
* Train the operational manager
* Train center teams in commercial excellence
* Improve the customer journey
* Sharpen pricing, packaging, and offers
* Ensure biological-age-based pathways are followed consistently
* Implement operational excellence across all centers (BE + NL)
International component
* Coach and support the franchise center in Rotterdam
* Ensure cross-country consistency in service delivery
* Align commercial KPIs across markets
* Implement audits and quality controls for franchise partners
Your key responsibilities:
* P&L ownership
* Sales improvement
* Membership growth
* Churn reduction
* Team enablement
* SOP implementation
* Operating manual creation
* Integrating operations with the AI health coach system
* Cross-border operational alignment
You will work with — not over — the operational manager.
Your success is measured by:
How well she and the teams operate after your training.
THE ROLE (PHASE 2): MAKE IT SCALABLE
Once the system works flawlessly in Belgium and The Netherlands, we enter expansion mode.
You will:
* Transform the operating system into a franchise-ready playbook
* Create the shop-in-shop toolkit for health professionals
* Build training systems for future franchisees
* Develop onboarding flows for external partners
* Document procedures for licensing partners
* Create quality control & audit systems
* Assist in launching new centers (Belgium + international)
* Integrate the software platform & AI coach into the franchise model
* Ensure international brand & service consistency
Your mission:
Make Vitology scalable, repeatable, and operationally consistent everywhere

WHAT YOU'VE DONE BEFORE
You likely have experience as:
* Regional manager in a fitness/wellness chain
* Multi-site operator across multiple countries
* Manager of boutique fitness or medical aesthetics centers
* Subscription-model operator
* Sales manager with operational responsibility
* Someone who implemented SOPs or systems
Bonus
* Experience managing franchise partners
* Experience with early-stage digital products
* Understanding of health, fitness, biohacking, or longevity
* Experience with international scaling or cross-border operations
