About the Role We’re seeking a Medior Full Stack Developer/Scrum Master (Freelance) to join our client’s Digitalization and Organization department in Brussels (Schaerbeek). You’ll be embedded in the Shima team, a group at the heart of digital transformation, building and maintaining applications that drive policy implementation for the Agency for Agriculture and Fisheries. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and enhance both new and existing web applications and components within the Shima portfolio Translate functional specifications into robust, scalable technical designs Lead and facilitate daily Scrum activities as Scrum Master, ensuring agile best practices Collaborate closely with fellow developers and report progress to the project manager Support other IT teams in integrating Shima components into their applications Ensure all technical solutions align with established architecture, standards, and frameworks Foster open, transparent communication and knowledge sharing within the team Technical Skills Demonstrable experience developing .NET-based applications (Medior level, minimum 36 months) Expertise in .NET (C#), ASP.NET, .Net Core, and webAPI Strong knowledge of Angular 20 or higher Proficiency with EF Core and relational databases (SQL) Experience with NGRX (preferred) Understanding of CQRS (preferred) Familiarity with Github Copilot (preferred) Solid grasp of Agile development methodologies, especially Scrum Language Proficiency Dutch language proficiency at European CEFR level C2 is required Other Requirements Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily team work Analytical and synthetic thinking, with strong logical reasoning Proven problem-solving ability and ownership mindset Excellent communication skills, social ease, and customer focus Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Eagerness to learn and keep your technical knowledge up-to-date Relevant certifications or equivalent experience in programming languages and environments such as .NET (C#), ASP.NET, etc. Project Details This is a freelance position based in Brussels (Schaerbeek), Belgium Project duration: 12 months, with possible extension Onsite presence required Ready to build the future with us?
