Responsibilities
* Offer outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
* Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
* Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
* Provide information about available services, promotions, and support options.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
* Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customers’ experience.
Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
* Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace the local culture.
* Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
