As a Service Engineer, you are responsible for providing technical support on the machines sold by the company, specifically industrial pumps and crushing and screening installations.
Your tasks include:
* Performing maintenance and repairs on crushers, screening machines, pumps, and related equipment
* Visiting customers throughout the Benelux region daily to install, repair, or maintain their machines
* Working closely with internal and external sales colleagues to ensure proper follow-up of projects and materials
* Strictly adhering to the safety instructions imposed by the customer while on site
* Participating in meetings and consultations held at the company’s office in Ternat
For this position, we are looking for an experienced and independent Service Technician who meets the following qualifications:
* Preferably at least 5 years of relevant work experience
* Possession of a technical diploma (A2, associate degree, or bachelor’s), such as in mechanics, electromechanics, etc.
* Experience with heavy mobile equipment, pumps, and related machinery
* Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and electricity
* Independent and problem-solving mindset
* Flexibility and willingness to start early; irregular hours or long working days do not deter you—and, of course, you are compensated for this
* Hold a valid category B driving license
