Your Responsibilities | Payroll – Payslip – Reporting – PFS – Management
Lead and support your team by overseeing all aspects of payroll processing for a dedicated portfolio of clients
Review and validate salary calculations performed by the team to ensure precision and compliance
Manage the full onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration and a high standard of service
Actively participate in expanding the payroll service line by identifying new opportunities and contributing to client retention and growth strategies .
Profile and Career Path | Payroll – Payslip – Reporting – PFS – Management
For this role you should have at least 6 years of experience in the payroll sector in Luxembourg.
You should be fluent in French with professional-level proficiency in English.
It's essential to have a diverse experience in payroll, including exposure to different collective agreements and payroll aspects.
