📢 If you are looking to start your career in a leading Chinese multinational of the Renewable Energy sector, we are currently offering an IT Helpdesk Internship position in our Digital Center Department.
💼Main Responsibilities:
* Provide first level support for Offices and Remote Users (140+/-) in all European countries (ES, PT, LUX, GRE). This might include laptops and infrastructures (video conference rooms, printers, workstations, peripherals and others.) incidents. He will use Zoho Desk to manage all the reported issues/requests.
* IT assets management: Devices/software procurement, inventory, hardware/software support, warranties management, on-boarding/off-boarding of equipment (laptops,....), personnel…
* Perform IT Orders, register/keep track of IT invoices.
* Maintain constant communication with the superior/colleagues regarding any issue.
🎯Who are you:
* Bachelor’s degree bachelor's degree or FP equivalent in Computers/Applications studies.
* Profiles from other fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or any IT related, will be also highly valued if it is supported by any other training in IT/support tasks or if a strong interest in this area can be demonstrated.
* Course in SAP Material Management Module will be highly valued.
* Proficient in Spanish (Native C2 or Advanced level C1), and English (Advanced level C1).
* It would be desirable to have a basic/intermediate level of Chinese (B2).
* Interested in working in a multicultural environment and proactivity, with the ability to problem-solving and attention to detail.
🛠️ Preferred Skills:
* Prior experience related to IT support and some administrative (SAP) tasks (IT Orders, IT invoices…).
* Specific IT Training will be highly valued.
* Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package and 365.
* Knowledge of OneDrive, Zoho Desk and ERP systems to manage data, such as SAP.
