Market Evaluation & RFP ManagementDrive end-to-end RFI/RFP processes for major HCM and LMS platforms.Defend a vendor-neutral recommendation to C-level stakeholders based on TCO and feasibility.3. Integration & Data DesignDesign integration blueprints connecting HR to the wider enterprise stack.Align solutions with corporate data governance and analytics standards.👥 Profile RequirementsEA Mastery: Proven track record in capability mapping and technical roadmaps.HR Tech Expertise: Mandatory hands-on knowledge of at least 2-3 major ecosystems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Cornerstone OnDemand, etc.).Procurement Excellence: Heavy experience leading large RFI/RFP processes in Belgium/Benelux.Stakeholder Management: Ability to challenge and influence C-level executives.Languages: Fluent Dutch and English.
