Responsibilities A project lead for minor capital projects guides day-to-day tasks, supports the project manager by overseeing smaller project scopes or parts of larger ones, and leads a team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. The role involves managing resources, solving problems, ensuring team collaboration, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to keep the project on track. The assignment Organizing and leading project meetings to clarify objectives, align team members and review prioritiesDeveloping and maintaining project schedules and tracking milestones Coordinating with external contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables Reviewing and challenging proposed technical concepts and designs for new installations (e.G., mechanical, electrical or infrastructure).Ensuring that assigned projects stay within scope, budget and timingDuration of the assignment: 1 year Desired start date: 01/11/2025Work regime: full time on site Qualifications Required knowledge and skills: Minimum Bachelor level Medior level with around 5-1à years of experience in a similar roleHands-on person with technical understanding and direct contribution to the project's work Capable of planning, managing resources, and creating a detailed project planYou speak Dutch and you have a good knowledge of English
