This dynamic group drives innovation in omnichannel sales platforms, including web, mobile apps, ticket vending, B2B interfaces, and on-site retail solutions. Your contribution will help enhance and future-proof the digital journey for thousands of daily users. You'll be involved in the full lifecycle of IT projects—from ideation to deployment—transforming business needs into robust functional solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering real-world value. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Analyze business processes and define functional specifications and user stories. Support developers and architects in designing scalable, maintainable technical solutions. Lead or contribute to feasibility studies, user acceptance testing, and solution validation. Guard the integrity of existing business and solution architectures. Monitor and flag risks, bottlenecks, and propose pragmatic solutions. Present finalized deliverables (e.g., process flows, documentation, test scenarios) to internal and external stakeholders. Your Profile Must-Have Hard Skills 5 years of experience as a Business or Functional Analyst. Expertise in requirements analysis methodologies (BPMN, UML). Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile (SAFe) frameworks. Experience with business process/case modeling tools. Strong knowledge of both French or Dutch and English. Experience in public transport and/or e-commerce platforms. Hands-on experience with product and pricing configuration engines or CMS. Knowledge of relational databases and SQL; understanding of APIs and mobile/web platforms is a strong plus. Soft Skills & Mindset Analytical, critical thinker with solid decision-making capabilities.
