GLOBAL VP Loyalty & CRM
MISSION
The VP Loyalty and CRM oversees all the strategy activities for B2C/B2B members, actual and potential. The candidate will have firstly a deep understanding of loyalty programs, identifying opportunities in terms of redemption, accrual, activities - and planning all the strategies accordingly. The position will lead and control the B2C/B2B actions plan, providing clear brief to Marketing and CRM for the actions needed, maximising the assigned annual Budget.
The VP will build, adapt, implement a new robust Partnerships strategy to increase the revenue of the Program, with direct impact on the P&L. Through promotions and new partnerships – this position is responsible for developing and curating an integrated network of global partners (airlines, hotels, banks, financial institutions etc..) that are brand aligned and echo the strategy of the loyalty program.
This role is responsible for working to develop and deploy a suite of earning partners designed to encourage member engagement outside the hotels, to select redemption vendors that will provide exciting opportunities for the global member base to create memorable moments and to maintain the relationship with service providers. The VP will also manage, reinforce and revise the current Partnerships portfolio.
This role is responsible for working closely and in a proactive way:
* within the rest of the Loyalty Operations/Implementation / Members Experience / Finance team.
* with the whole Marketing team, particularly with CRM and Analytics to push synergies.
* with the rest of the other transversal departments of the company, HQ / Areas etc..
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Economics and MBA preferred.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
years of professional Loyalty Strategy/ CRM experience.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
* Self-motivated team player with a proven ability to work in international industries, with a well-structured strategic approach and clear internal/external communication.
* Persuasive, confident networker and deal maker with a track record of success in negotiation and growing new markets and partnerships.
* Superior knowledge regarding the practices and principles related to the sale and implementation of corporate partnership.
* Analytical skills to perfectly understand and anticipate impact on finance P&L / points value etc.
* Proven ability to work across teams and organization.
* Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
* Structured solutions oriented, problem solving mentality a must.
* Must be creative, detail oriented, possess a strong work ethic, be willing to learn and have a burning desire to succeed.
