International Tax Advisory Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to join our Global Mobility Tax team. As an International Tax Advisory Consultant, you will provide strategic guidance to global companies on personal income tax matters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international tax law and be able to research and prepare high-level advice on various tax matters. You will also be responsible for interacting with clients and their mobile employees, providing them with expert guidance on global mobility issues.
* You will assist clients with cross-border employment situations and the associated tax implications, including application of Belgian domestic law and international double tax treaties.
* You will advise clients on global employment structures, package optimizations, cost-efficient remuneration techniques, and local constraints such as special tax regimes for expatriates.
* You will implement International Assignment policies and related issues, as well as support the first practical payroll implementation of remuneration policies.
* You will interact with the Belgian tax authorities during complex tax procedures.

Requirements
* A Master's degree in Law, (Applied) Economics, or Commercial Sciences, or a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Legal Practice, or HR.
* Good verbal and written skills in Dutch or French and in English.
* An analytical mind and affinity with numbers.
