Project Manager – BMS/PMS (Hyperscale Datacentre) You must have the right to work in the country you are applying for Client-Side Consultancy — High-Growth, High-Impact Role My client is seeking a Project Manager specialising in BMS/PMS delivery to lead the integration, installation, and commissioning of critical monitoring and power management systems on a major hyperscale datacentre project. You’ll play a central role in ensuring these systems operate flawlessly—supporting safety, uptime, and overall facility performance. In this role, you will: Lead the full BMS/PMS construction and commissioning package on a hyperscale datacentre. Drive schedule integration, ensuring all controls systems align with the broader project program. Act as a visible safety leader onsite, supporting audits and ensuring compliance. Oversee procurement, installation, integration, and testing of all BMS/PMS components. Coordinate with MEP, automation, commissioning, QA/QC, and EHS teams to resolve issues fast. Manage subcontractors and vendors, tracking progress and solving technical challenges. Monitor costs for labour, materials, and variations to keep the package on track. Lead technical meetings and drive successful handover, ensuring all documentation and commissioning reports are ready for acceptance.
