About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic
E-Commerce Merchandiser
who is eager to learn, innovate and make a tangible impact on our
online business
. In this role, you will take ownership of key e-Commerce initiatives, collaborate across teams and help shape our digital customer experience. This is a role for someone who enjoys analyzing data, generating insights and turning ideas into actionable improvements.
The job:
* Lead the management of
product uploads
,
category builds
,
product detail updates
and
promotional campaigns
, ensuring accuracy and maximizing commercial impact.
* Collaborate closely
with graphic designers, copywriters, operations and customer service teams to design and
deliver campaigns
that enhance customer experience and drive business results.
* Partner with the e-Commerce manager and product owner to
identify opportunities
for site
optimization
, including product
recommendations
,
upselling/cross-selling
and search
enhancements
.
* Take the initiative to
implement new marketing strategy features
and
identify innovative ways
to leverage them to improve customer engagement and commercial outcomes.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on
campaign performance,
using and making insights to recommend strategic
improvements
and inform future
initiatives
.
* Review
past campaigns
and digital activities to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for innovation.
* Actively contribute to
process improvements
and participate in site walks or other hands-on initiatives to optimize the customer journey.
* Communicate
findings

clearly to stakeholders, influencing decisions across teams.
