Responsibilities
* Analyze user stories, use cases, and requirements for accuracy and feasibility.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across all stages of development.
* Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression) to maintain software integrity.
* Design and develop automation scripts when necessary.
* Identify, track, and document software defects and inconsistencies.
* Provide timely solutions and collaborate closely with developers to address issues.
* Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile development cycle.
* Maintain thorough support documentation and assist with technical inquiries when needed.
* Take ownership of tasks, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
Requirements
* Education:
Degree in
Information Technology

Computer Science
, or a related field.
* Experience:
4-5 years of experience in software testing, ideally in a SAAS or document automation environment.
* Strong knowledge of

programming knowledge.
* Experience with
