Job Title: Receptionist
Location: NATO Sport Centre, Belgium
About the role:
We are looking for a Receptionist to be based at the NATO Sport Centre as the first point of contact for the fitness and wellbeing facilities. As the face of the reception, you will be an enthusiastic, sympathetic representative, you'll have a great eye for detail and organisation and ensure our members receive first class service.
Your responsibilities:
* Taking and transferring incoming and outgoing telephone calls and e-mail.
* Receiving visitors and referring them if necessary.
* Performing administrative work.
* Booking meeting and/or other rooms and booking.
* Managing various spaces and facilities.
* Taking care of incoming and outgoing e-mail, as well as it's collection and delivery.
* Ensuring order and cleanliness in the workplace.
What you'll bring:
* Senior Secondary Vocational Education as a minimum.
* 1 Years' experience as a receptionist.
* Experience in telephone operation in an international and service-oriented environment.
* Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office package.
* Can think and act independently.
* Good social skills with an affinity with working with people.
* Is service and customer oriented.
* Is flexible in deployment, thinking and acting
* Has affinity with working with people
* Is very capable of setting priorities.
Salary, Perks & Benefits:
* 2100 – 2800 EUR per month gross
* 8% holiday allowance
* Eco-cheques (EUR 20 p.m. based on fulltime employment)
* Compensation of 3 days for the collective closure at NATO
