Your responsibilities
End-to-end payroll management for several Belgian entities (SD Worx or equivalent). Administration and optimization of fringe benefits (insurance, mobility, etc.). Active participation in continuous improvement and structuring projects. Management of complex HR situations within a multi-entity environment.
Profile
Comfortable in a fast-growing and structuring environment. Fluent in French and Dutch is essential. English is a plus. Structured, rigorous, and autonomous. Motivated to make a real impact within a fast-evolving organization.
