We are looking for a senior SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver complex SAP initiatives in an international environment.
The role requires an experienced professional capable of managing SAP projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery in line with scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations. The candidate will act as a true project owner, driving execution, governance, and decision-making across cross-functional teams.
The position requires a strong balance between business understanding and IT delivery, with the ability to translate conceptual SAP processes into structured, actionable project plans.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, autonomy, and accountability, and is comfortable operating in complex stakeholder environments while maintaining a strong delivery focus.
Your mission:
1. Lead SAP projects end-to-end, from initiation to delivery
2. Ensure delivery according to scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
3. Define and maintain project governance, planning, milestones, and delivery roadmap
4. Act as project owner, driving execution, decision-making, and accountability
5. Manage project financials including budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting
6. Ensure alignment between business and IT stakeholders
7. Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management
8. Provide clear, structured, and decision-oriented reporting to management and sponsors
9. Ensure effective communication across executive, business, and technical audiences
10. Foster collaboration, engagement, and accountability within project teams
Activities:
11. Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
12. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to delivery commitments
13. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues proactively
14. Manage dependencies across multiple streams and stakeholders
15. Track project costs and ensure financial transparency
16. Prepare and deliver regular status reports and executive summaries
17. Facilitate workshops and steering committees
18. Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, and external partners
19. Translate business requirements into structured delivery actions
20. Challenge and align functional and technical discussions
21. Ensure proper governance and decision-making processes are in place
22. Support prioritization and arbitration in complex environments
23. Drive continuous alignment between all stakeholders
You have the following skills:
Functional & SAP Knowledge
24. Strong understanding of SAP landscapes and processes
25. Knowledge of key SAP domains:Finance & Controlling (FI/CO)Business Intelligence / BWHuman Capital Management (HCM)Procure-to-Pay (P2P)Order-to-Cash (O2C)Intercompany processesInterfaces and system integrationsDevelopments (custom code, enhancements)Security and authorizations
26. Ability to understand SAP processes conceptually and translate them into delivery plans
27. Not required to have deep technical expertise, but able to challenge and steer discussions
Project Management & Delivery
28. 8–10+ years of experience in IT and SAP project management
29. Proven track record delivering complex SAP projects
30. Strong governance, planning, and execution capabilities
31. Solid experience in international environments
32. Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
33. Budget management and financial tracking capabilities
Leadership & Soft Skills
34. Strong leadership with ability to federate cross-functional teams
35. High level of autonomy and accountability
36. Strong decision-making and prioritization skills
37. Delivery-oriented mindset with strong ownership
38. Ability to perform under pressure in complex environments

Languages
42. Fluent English (mandatory)
43. Additional languages are considered an asset
Votre profil
44. You have at least 10 years of professional experiences in IT
45. If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG or NL/ENG it’s best
46. You’re eager to learn, motivated and curious
