IT Project Coordinator - Application Migration

Apollo Solutions is currently supporting one of Belgium’s largest Cloud and Application Migration programs, and we’re looking to engage with an experienced IT Project Coordinator to help drive the success of this high-impact transformation.
This is a major enterprise-wide initiative, backed by significant investment, focused on migrating a large portfolio of applications and infrastructure services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the coordination of multiple, concurrent application and infrastructure migration workstreams.
* Define and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies aligned with overall migration milestones.
* Act as a central point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
* Provide regular status updates and risk assessments to senior stakeholders.
* Support and coach cross-functional teams to ensure delivery alignment and momentum.
* Collaborate with cloud architects, infrastructure leads, and security teams to remove blockers and ensure compliance.
Your Profile:
* Proven experience managing or coordinating large-scale cloud and application migration.
* Solid understanding of infrastructure technologies, cloud adoption frameworks, and application lifecycle management.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build consensus and manage stakeholder expectations in complex environments.
* Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently across multiple priorities.
* Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.
