You will be responsible for…
1. Managing and growing the existing business relationships, and making it grow with cross-selling and upselling activities with a clearly defined set of existing customers based in Europe. You will be…
2. in charge of the identification of cross-selling, upselling, and renewal opportunities;
3. responsible for a defined customers portfolio within the Retail and FMCG industry;
4. taking inquiries and requests from customers and addressing their needs;
5. engaged with different stakeholders on a daily basis (, Logistics, IT, procurement, senior management);
6. generate progress reports keeping each opportunity up-to-date in the CRM system.
You are ready if you have….
7. 5+ years of experience in the role, selling logistics and/ or Logistics SaaS complex solutions to large corporations;
8. good knowledge of the Retail and FMCG industry would be highly appreciated, but not mandatory;
9. proven successful track record of exceeding quotas and receiving positive customers feedback;
10. a farmer but also a HUNTER mentality to execute a suitable and feasible plan to grow revenue with key accounts in your territories;
11. the ability to work conceptually and connect quickly with new people and build trust and rapport easily;
12. proficiency in English is mandatory, any additional European language would be a plus.
