The Data Office is a newly established powerhouse outside of IT, created with one mission:

We’re structured into three dynamic teams:

* Data Squad – our explorers and innovators in data science
* Data Service – the engineers behind industrialized BI & reporting
* Data Governance – the architects of trusted, high quality data


Now, we’re looking for a Data Governance Officer to lead and shape the foundation of data trust across the company.


🌐 Your Mission

You’ll be at the heart of our data transformation building a governance framework that connects compliance, innovation, and strategy.

Your responsibilities include:

* Designing and implementing a comprehensive data governance framework (policies, guidelines, roles).
* Building a business glossary and defining golden data sources.
* Developing a data quality framework with centralized rules and dashboards.
* Linking data governance with GDPR and AI model governance (EU AI Act).
* Driving the selection & implementation of new data governance and quality tools.

This role blends strategy, regulation, and technology — perfect for someone ready to make data a true business asset.

✅ Proven experience in Data Governance & Data Quality frameworks

✅ Expertise in drafting governance policies & documentation

✅ Hands-on experience with data governance tools

✅ Fluency in English + French or Dutch

✅ Strategic mindset and outstanding communication skills
