#Your function
As an Associate Trade Defence, you will be part of a highly specialised team handling EU trade defence matters. Your responsibilities include:
* Managing and overseeing trade defence cases and related EU regulatory matters.
* Advising clients on anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, and safeguard measures.
* Developing and executing legal strategies in collaboration with senior partners.
* Representing clients before EU institutions and authorities.
* Providing strategic guidance on EU trade regulations.
* Supervising case files with a helicopter view, ensuring efficiency and prioritisation.
* Working closely with clients maintaining strong relationships with the European Commission.
#Your profile
* Qualified lawyer (EU jurisdiction).
* 3 to 5 years of experience in a law firm (specialisation in trade defence, competition, or EU regulatory law preferred).
* Proactive and independent.
* Strong analytical skills, capable of prioritising key legal issues.
* Excellent command of English; additional EU languages are a plus.
