Job Description
Manage the legal side of transactions from start to finish
Draft, review and negotiate contracts and related documentation
Analyse tax and social law implications within transactional files
Identify risks, inconsistencies and optimisation opportunities
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the process
Maintain rigorous structure, documentation and follow‑up
Provide tailored, high‑quality advice (no "one‑size‑fits‑all")
The Successful Applicant
Master of Laws with 2-8 years' experience, ideally in M&A or tax
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to challenge positions when needed
Excellent attention to detail and a sharp ability to detect inconsistencies
Robust tax reflexes and a naturally transactional mindset
Professional, assertive and confident - able to stand your ground
Pragmatic, clear, no‑nonsense communicator
Comfortable with variable workload and xphnsxz able to self‑manage peaks
Fluent in Dutch, French and English
Proactive, structured and ownership‑driven
