We're looking for a talented consultant to join our client's team, where you will be the pivotal link between business stakeholders and technical experts. In this collaborative environment, you will ensure that business requirements are meticulously understood and translated into functional specifications, which will be reflected in data models and validation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary tasks will include:
Collecting, analyzing, and formalizing user needs from various stakeholders and internal contributors.
Defining usage scenarios, extraction rules, and validation workflows for AI interactions.
Designing interaction strategies and prompts for AI components.
Writing clear functional specifications that guide engineering and data teams.
Evaluating the quality and relevance of AI outputs to ensure their accuracy and consistency.
Additional Duties
In addition to your main responsibilities, you will also:
Support metadata modeling and documentation for functional logic.
Guide iterative improvements of AI prompts and validation rules based on stakeholder feedback.
Engage in workshops to refine requirements and assess prototypes.
Assist with user testing and incorporate feedback to improve processes.
Provide insights to AI/ML engineers during the implementation phase.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess:
Practical experience with GenAI projects, including LLMs and RAG components.
Strong foundational knowledge in application architecture, data pipelines, and relevant programming languages such as Python and SQL.
Outstanding communication skills, able to explain complex AI concepts in an understandable manner.
A strong analytical mindset with a user-focused and collaborative approach.
Fluency in French and Dutch, along with good proficiency in English, is preferred.
Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with structured delivery methods will be beneficial. Certifications in AI or business analysis are also an asset. This is an on-site position at our client's headquarters, requiring a minimum of two days per week of in-person presence.
