For their operation in the Benelux, we are appointed to support with the search for a talented

Sales Manager Benelux (m/f/d)

Location:

Benelux Region (home-based, with frequent customer visits across the region)

Reports to: Country Manager, Benelux

Role Summary

The Sales Manager Benelux is responsible for developing and expanding business activities in the Benelux market. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders to achieve growth targets within the region.

Role Objective

· Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to expand market presence in the Benelux region

· Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions

· Develop and implement regional sales strategies in line with company objectives

· Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as Inside Sales, Engineering, Applications, and Service to ensure customer satisfaction

· Participate in structured sales campaigns, including trade fairs and marketing events

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support strategic decision-making

Professional Requirements

· Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the food processing, inspection, or industrial technology sectors

· Demonstrated ability to develop new markets and establish strong customer networks

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative

· Experience working independently while maintaining collaboration within a cross-functional team

· Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken); German language skills are an advantage

· Willingness to travel frequently across the Benelux region
