Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Billing & Invoicing Specialist.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage the issuance of invoices to clients, ensuring compliance with tax and accounting requirements and verifying that the invoice has been correctly received by the client.
* Coordinate and process intercompany billing in accordance with group agreements and policies.
* Manage intercompany contracts with different group companies.
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and country-specific requirements for intercompany operations.
* Verify and reconcile financial data related to billing to prevent discrepancies.
* Keep billing records updated in our CRM.
* Coordinate with the sales team to resolve billing issues.
* Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and billing information.
* Identify opportunities for improvement in billing processes.
* Provide support to other areas of the department.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent studies.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing.
* Knowledge of tax and accounting regulations applicable to invoicing.
* Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with IT applications.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure billing accuracy.
* Ability to work in deadline-driven environments.
* Teamwork skills and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Advanced English (Minimum C1).
