To support the growth of our EU Institutions activities, we are looking for an experienced EU Recruitment Manager to strengthen our Brussels team.Role OverviewAs EU Recruitment Manager, you will play a key role in sourcing and hiring high-quality consultants for assignments within EU Institutions (European Commission, European Parliament, EU Agencies, etc.). Working in a team with a Business Manager, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycleKey ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment DeliveryManage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, qualification, interview coordination, and offer closureCV formatting aligned with EU formats (DG / EP templates) Perform qualification interviews to assess technical fit, experience within EU institutions, and soft skillsValidate candidate suitability against specific frameworks and requirementsCoordinate and follow up on client interviews and feedbackNegotiate day rates in line with internal guidelines Data Management & ReportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in internal systemsTrack recruitment activities, pipeline status, and performance metricsRequired ExpertiseSource candidates experienced in EU Institutions environments (European Commission, Parliament, Agencies, etc.)Ensure strict alignment with EU procurement requirements, frameworks, and CV templatesUnderstand and translate EU-specific needs into targeted recruitment strategiesIdentify and engage candidates across multiple European countries using diverse channels (job boards, networks, referrals, direct sourcing)Build and maintain a strong pipeline of EU-ready consultants across technologies and domainsAct as a trusted partner to candidates throughout the recruitment processMaintain strong relationships with consultants, ensuring engagement and retentionProvide regular updates and reporting to Business Manager ProfileProven experience in recruitment within EU Institutions Strong knowledge of EU ecosystem, processes, and CV standards (European Commission, Parliament, etc.)Demonstrated ability to manage multi-country sourcing strategiesSolid experience in candidate assessment, interviewing, and stakeholder coordinationStrong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsAutonomous, proactive, and results-drivenDegree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s)Fluent in English and French
