* Role: Senior Clinical Research Associate
* Location: Belgium
We are urgently seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our small CRO client. Due to an exciting new collaboration, they will be taking over several projects from a client, with handover scheduled by the end of January. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Feasibility assessments and site selection
* Regulatory activities and submissions (CTIS experience is a plus)
* Contract negotiations
* Full monitoring responsibilities from Site Initiation Visit (SIV) to Close-Out Visit (COV)
* Average of 3–4 site visits per month, including occasional travel to The Netherlands
Requirements
* 2–3 years of CRA experience with full monitoring responsibilities (site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out)
* Experience in IMP trials, primarily Phase II and III, including working with multiple vendors (IRT, central lab, etc.)
* Native Dutch speaker, fluent in English, and conversational French
* Willingness to work from our office at least once per week (preferably twice)
* Ability to travel internationally for site visits
* Experience in oncology trials is a strong plus
* Familiarity with rare disease trials is an advantage but not required
