You'll work closely with SMEs, stakeholders, and business users. Fluency in French (both verbal and written) is essential.Key Responsibilities:Incident Management: First-line support, end-to-end incident management, create knowledge base articles, monitor application health.Problem Management: Proactive/reactive problem management, manage problem tickets, coordinate resolution.Change Management: Create/manage change requests, follow up on activities, perform change tasks (IQ/OQ tests).Application Operations: Manage patching, create installation procedures, maintain CMDB, manage access, update guides.Job Requirements:Essential Skills:Strong ITSO SME support knowledgeExperience with application upgrades and IT interventionsExcellent communication in French and EnglishFamiliarity with GXP and GAMP standardsPCS7 support experienceNice to Have Skills:Experience with Syncade, Delta V, Optimu, MESQualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher
