Receptionist in a law firm - brussels

As a Receptionist your responsibilities are:

* Welcoming visitors and ensuring a professional first impression at the front desk.
* Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
* Handling mail and courier services, including sorting and distributing correspondence.
* Maintaining a clean and organized reception area at all times.
* Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring they are prepared for use.
* Supporting the secretarial team with administrative tasks as needed.
* Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
* Assisting visitors and employees with inquiries in a courteous manner.



My client is looking for someone to fill a one-year position, with the possibility of eventually signing a permanent contract afterward.


A successful Receptionist should have:

* A strong command of English, French, both written and spoken, and a good knowledge of Dutch. You must be able to express yourself in all three languages.
* Proficiency in handling office equipment and software tools.
* A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills.
* An ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in a professional services or administrative role is an advantage.
