Mission
In our Industrial Business Unit, IBA designs and delivers advanced industrial solutions worldwide.
We are strengthening our team with a key role: a Head of Global Sales to define and lead our global sales vision.
As a Head of Global Sales, your mission will be :
1. Define the global commercial long term vision.
2. Decline the vision in a strategic and then operational commercial roadmap.
3. Develop the necessary talent pool to fulfill commercial needs.
4. Own the commercial/selling process.
Challenges we trust you with
You will be responsible for an international team of 10 colleagues (7 sales managers, 1 Head of Sales Support, and 2 Business Developers), based in Asia, US and Europe.
In this context, you will :
5. Lead the team and help them to grow
6. Contributes to the vision and strategy of the Business Unit
7. Drives the strategy for the international team
8. Translates the strategy into operational plans and guides their realization
9. Decisions impact the medium to long-term achievement of goals
10. Accountable for strategy execution and the achievement of goals
What we value
You have :
11. A strong international and industrial experience (at least 15 years of experience) in a similar sector (industrial solutions, medical devices,...)
12. A proven sales experience in high growth market
13. A proven capability in defining strategies to pursue our growth
14. An experience in people management: you are able to help your team to growth (at least 5 years of experience)
15. A deep interest for technical and financial matters;
16. Analytical skills; and you are able to identify and interact easily with customer’s high level makers and
stakeholders
17. Strong presentation and communication skills in English; French is an asset

18. Able to identify business opportunities for the organization and define the sales strategy
19. Able to think in terms of profit, loss and added value;
20. Able to gain clear agreement and commitment from others by persuading, convincing and negotiating;

25. Willing to travel on a regular basis (up to 30% of your time, worldwide)
