ERP Technical Architect/Lead – Dynamics 365 F&O

A large multinational organisation undergoing a multi-year ERP transformation is seeking a skilled ERP Technical Architect to join its internal technology team. This is a permanent position focused on driving ongoing improvements across a cloud-based ERP landscape.
Position Overview:
You’ll operate as the primary technical contact for ERP system evolution, collaborating with internal departments and selected partners. You’ll be responsible for managing technical upgrades, integrations, and continuous platform optimisation efforts.
This is a hands-on leadership role offering long-term career development within a stable and international environment, ideal for someone seeking to move away from project-based or consultancy models into strategic internal ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take technical ownership of the ERP platform architecture and environment strategy
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and delivery partners on ongoing changes, integrations, and roadmap items
* Maintain quality control over releases, customisations, and deployments
* Drive DevOps practices across environments, including versioning and automation pipelines
* Manage technical risk and ensure compliance with enterprise-level performance and security standards
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 3+ years of technical ERP experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or equivalent)
* Skilled in ERP system administration and custom development lifecycle
* Experience working with cloud tools, ALM pipelines, and release processes
* Familiarity with related cloud services (e.g., integration tooling, middleware, or automation frameworks)
* Fluent in English and comfortable working across time zones and distributed teams
* Structured, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative in complex environments
